How long does my order take to ship?

All Krave Kulture treats are baked fresh to order. Our shop for orders Friday through Sunday, and all treats are prepared at the start of the following week. Orders will ship between Monday and Tuesday to ensure everything arrives as fresh as possible.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

What is your return policy? 

Because our treats are handmade and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us, if there is any problem with your order please reach out within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
